One of my favorites from Rembrandt; the Prodigal Son. I love the face of father and also the expression of humility, relieve and gratitude on the face of the accepted son.Such is the experience that we can all know as we return to our Heavenly father, through the living Jesus. No matter how far we have traveled from home; how much we have lost to sin through our own poor choices, He is wiling to forgive, accept and love. The grace that saves, the mercy that heals and the love that forgives is available to any all that would come.
May we all come daily to the throne of grace to find help in our time of need!
